The Venezuelan born engineer civil has created luxurious but financially accessible possible for all her clients. One of her passions are interior design and building long term relationship with homeowners, Selimar left her country and moved to Orlando, where the American culture and mix of modernism developed her passion for home renovations and making her clients dreams come true . Her drive is to always go beyond the expectations of any client.

Selimar, a Civil Engineer from Venezuela, specializes in designing affordable luxury for her clients. She is passionate about interior design and building long-term relationships with homeowners. After gaining experience and further education, she obtained her General Contractor License and most recently, her Plumbing Contractor License. Selimar focuses on home renovations of any kind, including Multifamily Housing Projects and New construction homes, always striving to exceed her clients' expectations. She currently lives in Orlando.
